If you order items from their internet site, you get charged delivery costs. If you order the same items on the phone, delivery is free.
Perhaps if you order them delivered by horse-drawn carriage, they will give you a discount.

Well, that would make too much sense :) I'm sure that the division that runs the Corte Ingles web site is completely different from the ones that do phone orders. Maybe they even have their own IT systems. Division management probably spends most of their effort trying to get the other division re-org'd, rather than worry about the competition.
