Catalunya gets a new education minister

I´m pleasantly surprised so far at the selection of ministers. The new education minister, Irene Rigau, actually has experience in education as a teacher, and has worked in education-related positions most of her career. A vast improvement over the previous apparatchik, Ernest Maragall, whose main claim to fame was being the brother of the previous Generalitat president.
