Looks like someone at the EU has their underwear in a bunch over the fact that Spanish politicians are deciding what to do about evictions without first getting approval from the EU and the IMF. The argument about why Spain should get EU approval is that the ECB could stop playing nice and stop funding Spanish bank liquidity. So along the lines of “nice shop you got here, pity if something happened to it”.
But the ECB is still funding the liquidity of Greek banks, so give me a fucking break and stop ignore the empty threats already.
