With the very sudden arrival of summer in Sant Cugat, the mosquitoes are trying to make up for lost time. Unfortunately my wife and kids are the designated mosquito magnets in our family and are taking the brunt of the attack.
I smuggledimported a Mosquito Magnet here from the US, but after running it for a month, the only insect it caught was a poor bee that accidentally wandered into it.
Has anyone had any luck with other anti-mosquito measures?
I’ve just ordered one of these mosquito traps… I’ll post my results.

How is the mosquito trap working? I hate to use those chemical plug-ins, but nothing else seems to work as well.. At least if we had window screens I would have to worry about being eaten while we sleep!
Still waiting for it to arrive. The guy wanted me to use a Spanish paypal address before shipping it.
Jardiland sells very easy to install Tesa mosquito screens that come with velco tape to make it easy to install/uninstall.
