In my quest for English reading material, I believe that I have hit a gold mine. Near Col.legi Europa and the new ESADE campus is the quite modern and shiny municipal library.
In order to start taking out books, you just need to show up with a somewhat recent empadronamiento printout together with your ID and you are good to go.
