Grifols’ founder lets loose on Spain

Last night at a gala dinner the Catalan businessman Victor Grifols gave a speech guaranteed to bruise some Spanish egos. "If Grifols had been started in Germany, it would be larger than Pfizer, but in Spain there’s great companies that are born castrated” because of limitations of the country. If he did have to move his company headquarters from Barcelona, he said he’d rather move it to Gibraltar than Madrid.
